Creo que necesitas un programa llamado Spectramove y hacer lo siguiente, segun dicen:

I moved my data file using the spectrasonics utility tool to my vst plugin folder and then I used spectramove to move it back to where it was and wala I could update.

lots of times in daw host programs like NUENDO, CUBASE, LOGIC AUDIO etc the above mentioned vsts fail to load the dat file in case you have moved the dat file or due to some technical error, and you are often required to install the entire program all over again.

simply start the program and all you have to do is specify the new dat location of the respective vst again and its done.
in case you have to install the vst again, there is no need to install the data folder , just install the installer and specify the dat file which is already there from the last install."

me eh bajo eso tambien pero ni idea como hacerlo funcionar la llave

La llave la tienes que enchufar a un puerto USB.Está claro que el programa debe de ser comprado legalmente y tener las claves necesarias para darlo de alta.
