mIS ACORDES SE PONEN EN ROJO Y REGRESAN A SU FUENTE DE ORIGEN
¿que puedo hacer? es normal?... como hago que la fuente de los cifrados sea la que yo quiero????

I copied the ChordTypeLibrary.xml file from the default location, C:\Program Files\Sibelius Software\Sibelius 6\Chord Symbols, to the custom location:
C:\Documents and Settings\{your user name}\Application Data\Sibelius Software\Sibelius 6\Chord Symbols
This way if I screw it up, I can just rename it or delete it and Sibelius will revert back to its original. Also, as pointed out by Daniel, updates won't overwrite mine.
Next I added the chord definition in the attached file just after the 7sus4 chord definition.
A pain in the butt, but now the chord's there - for typing in or playing in via keyboard.
Note: I mark my added chords with a comment so I can find them easily later if I need to copy them into a new chord library from Sibelius.
