Requirements:
- Master's (or exceptional Bachelor's) Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Acoustics, Communication, Mathematics, or similar physical or applied science discipline
- Strong DSP background as applied to digital audio (Fourier transforms, Z-transforms, filter design, nonlinear simulation, etc.)
- Software experience including C/C++, Assembler, DSP microcode, and MATLAB or equivalents
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervision
- Comfortable with alternate DSP architectures including VLIW and parallel processor algorithm design and coding
- Experience using synthesizers and effects processors and familiarity with synthesizer algorithms, music production, and recording practices
- Electronic music enthusiast preferred. Music-related skills, a good ear, and a lot of imagination would be an asset
- 5+ years work experience at least 2 of which are in Audio DSP
