Multichannel ASIO on the SBLIVE card series !!!
8 ms latency, 4 seperate analog outputs, 2 digital outputs,
new effects, SF2.1, Midi controllable hardware ...
For every musician using a Live this driver is a must-try !!!
Short FAQ:
What are the advantages of using the drivers of the EMU APS on a SBLive ?
Most important is the fact that you will get ASIO drivers on your SBLive - this means you can get 8 ms latency in Cubase - this is as good as realtime so if you use a VST instrument you can play and hear the result without any delay.
You don`t need to rewire or solder anything to get analogue
Input/Output as written sometimes.
the APS has some different DSP effects (Compressor,Parametric EQ, ...), routing possibilities ...
you can install and uninstall the APS drivers without any problems (refering to a question "Can I use my SBLive drivers again if the APS installation fails?" - sure).
