DAE error -36.
Many possible solutions:
1) If using a FireWire drive, disable or remove any 3rd party formatting software that was installed and restart computer.(ie. HDST, Silverlining Pro, etc.).
2) If the DAE -36 error message appears when running a session from a FireWire or SCSI drive. The solution is to reinitialize the FireWire drive using the Apple Drive Setup Utility. Or, if using a SCSI drive, reformat with the ATTO Utility.
3) A corrupted Pro Tools session could also be the cause of the DAE -36 error message. The solution would be to launch a new Pro Tools session. File Menu > Import Tracks. Import all tracks from corrupted session into the new Pro Tools session. Sometimes, there may be corruption associated with a part of the session, in which case you may only be able to import some of the tracks into a new Pro Tools session, but not all.
4) Another possibility is that the audio files associated with the Pro Tools session are living on mulitple hard drives of different types (ie. FireWire, ATA, SCSI). Use Disk Allocation from the Setups Menu and save the audio files to only drives of the same type.
5) If the session that's causing the DAE -36 error message is on a SCSI hard drive, make sure the SCSI card has the latest firmware update.
6) Another possible solution would be to trash preferences.
a) For Pro Tools TDM systems: Mac Hard Drive > System Folder > Preferences folder. Trash the DAE preferences folder and the Pro Tools preferences. Empty trash and restart computer.
b) For Pro Tools LE systems: Mac Hard Drive > System Folder > Preferences folder. Trash the DAE preferences folder, Digisetup and the Pro Tools preferences. Empty trash and restart computer.
7) In "Legacy" versions of Pro Tools, it's possible that different versions of Pro Tools have been installed. It would then be recommended to completely remove all elements of Pro Tools and then reinstall Pro Tools.
8) Other possible solutions for solving the DAE -36 error message could include:
a) Zapping the P-RAM. Restart computer while holding down the following keys: command + option + P + R. Let the computer go through three cycles of restarting/chiming.
b) Backup the hard drive that the Pro Tools session is on and reinitialize it.
c) If using a SCSI hard drive, check the SCSI cable to make sure it is properly connected and has no broken pins.
d) If using a SCSI hard drive, make sure there is proper termination being used. (ie. the last SCSI drive in a chain must be terminated, etc.)
9) The hard drive the Pro Tools session is on could be corrupted and failing. If reinitializing doesn't solve the problem, it may be time to get the drive repaired or purchase a new hard drive.

Vaya tela!!,hay que mirar un poco!!!
