Ya me han contestado del servicio técnico de Matrox:
While no figures are available for delay on the outputs of TripleHead2Go, the following points may prove useful:
1. All Matrox DualHead2Go and TripleHead2Go products behave as though they are a “display,” and latency is extremely low (as far as we are aware, there is no memory buffer in the units). This characteristic makes the units highly sought after by gamers and video editors
2. Matrox TripleHead2Go products must be connected to the computer using the short cables Matrox supplies with the unit (about 0.5 meter or 2 feet)
3. Matrox validation of TripleHead2Go products is done with standard length graphics cables on the outputs (maximum 10 feet DVI)
4. Some customers have used signal extenders on the outputs of TripleHead2Go successfully, but this is not validated by Matrox
* Side note: Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital SE does not support VGA displays on its outputs (not even with adapters). Maximum display resolution through the Matrox unit is graphics system dependent; We recommend that you review compatibility information here for details:

Es lo que me parecía, una muy buena opción además de que no es nada cara, con opción de mandar señal a 3 monitores y además poder seguir aprovechando un thunderbolt para lo que se quiera. Apenas tiene latencia, por lo que de todas formas se podrá compensar en pro tools dependiendo de la tirada de cable que se utilice.
