Here is what you need to use sounds stored in SY-77 file format on a TG-77:
SYCONV.EXE (for MS-DOS) converts SY-77 ALL files to SY/TG-77 SysEx.

SY77 "ALL" to sysex bulk dump format conversion
(c) 1992 by Marciano Siniscalchi
1. Purpose of the program
SyConv 1.0 reads SY77 "ALL" (*.T??) files and converts all voice data to MIDI
sysex bulk dump format, as described in Yamaha's "SY77 MIDI Implementation
Chart", thus making it possible for all TG77 owners to take advantage of
sound libraries and collections only available on SY77 disks, stored in the
synthesizer's internal format.
