Can you please try the following:
This problem occours if you manually type in the product/response code (instead of copy&paste it) and mistype a letter/number.
To solve this issue, you have to delete the lic file and activate the library again.
Please do the following:
1. Delete the lic file. You can find it in the following folder (depending on your OS):
Windows XP (activate show hidden files)
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Yellow Tools\licenses
Windows 7 (activate show hidden files)
c:\Program Data\Yellow Tools\licenses
MAC
MAC HD/Library/application support/yellow tools/licenses
Delete the lic file of the library which didn´t work.
2. Please start engine and activate the library again (as done before) but this time, please use copy&paste instead of typing it manually.
3. After clicking on activate the library should work fine.
