Ok so I will answer this...I just got the Virus TI a week ago and I am a rabid FLS user, I also use Cubase SL to lay down audio tracks mainly so I have expereince with the two. I have spent the last week researching and figuring things out. I have the update 2.0.5 TI Firmware as well as FLS 7. For the Money dont get it if you are getting it for the reason I was...I wanted a great synth with a built in VST Gui. Flat out it still has huge problems with the ARP syncing in FLS its just all over the place. Not to mention the huge delay issue that can be a hassle, I dotn want to have to use Delay/Latency Compensation for every TI track I use, this is ludicrous for 2 grand. I use a delta 1010 so that might be a problem but its a hell of a card and I have yet to find anyone saying anything bad about it. The Virus TI input driver (Not main ASIO) has a 65ms lantency....wow. Some say to have gotten it working but have yet to offer the configurtion they are using. I wont go into all the other draw backs but it most certainly is not a quick upstart. You will spend allot of time configuring to get it to work in FLS..I am so very dissapointed but must face the fact Virus is still way Buggy in FLS. Now when I use it in Cubase...its rock solid after making sure the proper TI Virus ASIO is loaded and some configuring. Drawback for me? Cubase blows as a sequencer...plain and simple. So I am taking my TI back to the store. 2000.00 bucks can buy allot of shit. It has its merrits dont get me wrong... but its draw backs are dealbreakers for me.
